Oooo good news....I have passed the mind boggling timer challenge! There has been much wailing and gnashing of teeth as all electrical goodies in the kids rooms switched off at um 5.30pm. Mmmm just need to get the time right, after all it would be nice to live to tell the tale!!
Tea tonight was last nights left over veg! Carrot, swede, sweet corn, potato blended with 3/4 pint of vegetable stock into a soup. Just add pinch of salt and a little grated black pepper to season. Heat gently and serve with toast ( my 20p reduced white medium sliced bread ). Clean plates all round, total cost approx £1.50 for 4!
